We are a theatre without walls and have imagination without limits.
We are seeking an Executive Director to provide high-level operational leadership for National Theatre of Scotland, ensuring stable and robust management of the organisation’s people and resources to support the most effective delivery of the artistic programme.
The role provides strategic oversight of, and is ultimately responsible for, ensuring that all of National Theatre of Scotland’s business and operational strategies work together to support the company’s overall vision, in line with its values and principles.

First interviews will be held in person in Glasgow on Wednesday 11 & Thursday 12 December 2024.
Second interviews will be held on 15 and 17 January 2025 in person in Glasgow and will include the opportunity to meet the wider team and tour our creative centre Rockvilla.
