Gulbenkian Foundation launches new £4m arts programme

Creative Civic Change, launched in partnership with the Big Lottery Fund and Local Trust, is open to community groups across England in areas that demonstrate social need. The scheme will provide mentoring, peer-to-peer support and funding to help communities shape themselves through arts and culture.
