Khan ups London Borough of Culture award by £1m

The London Mayor has pledged an extra £250k to the two winning boroughs, taking their grants to £1.35m. A further £250k will go towards exemplary projects, and £250k will be used to set up a new creative leadership programme for young people from diverse backgrounds.
