Most Scottish museums and galleries not using new tax relief

Three-quarters of organisations are not taking advantage of the Museums and Galleries Exhibition Tax Relief, which applies from 1 April 2017, a survey by Arts & Business Scotland and accountancy firm Scott-Moncrieff has found.
