Martin Berry is Creative Director and Joint Chief Executive of the Northcott Theatre. Prior to that he was Director of Participation at Nottingham Playhouse, overseeing a large-scale expansion of their participation and community work. He has directed 48 productions at all scales, including work with many theatres in the UK and internationally.
