New appointments in Audience Agency and Culture24 merger

The Audience Agency has announced key staff changes following its merger with Culture24.

Former Chief Executive at Culture24 JANE FINNIS has been appointed Consultant Director at The Audience Agency.

Previously, Finnis was CEO of Brighton's Lighthouse Arts & Training for a decade and a Partner at management consultancy Counterculture.

Also appointed as a Consultant Director is ANRA KENNEDY. Formerly, Kennedy was Partnerships Director at Culture24, joining the charity 22 years ago. 

At Culture24, she co-developed a range of services and products including the Digital Culture Compass, an online toolkit supporting organisations to integrate digital technology into their work. 

ALEC WARD who was Digital Skills Manager at Culture24 becomes Consultant and Lead for Digital Content and Skills for the newly merged operation.

He brings a decade of experience supporting cultural organisations with their digital skills and strategy, helping them create engaging digital content and develop digital literacy.

"Understanding how to meaningfully capitalise on the value of digital has never been more critical for our sector.
