The Production Services Association has appointed LIZ MADDEN and TOM REES as its new co-Chairs, replacing DAVE KEIGHLEY, who steps down after four years.

Madden takes the reins after more than nine years as a PSA council member. A freelance Production Manager with Production Futures, she has more than 30 years' experience in live events and is the co-Founder and Director of staging and production support company NoNonsense.

Rees has been a council member for more than 14 years. He is the Managing Director of drone display firm AeroAVA, owner of public event consultancy IO-Live Ltd and the Managing Partner of creative digital technology specialists Audience & Brands.

Madden said: “The live industry faces ongoing challenges, and we will continue to provide support to members and the industry as a whole. Skills shortage is currently a key issue for the industry, and we are working on a training and education programme to address this.”

Rees added: “We find great value in our long-standing experience on the council. By sharing Chair responsibilities, a PSA first, we can more effectively navigate during industry busy periods and continue to drive the success of the PSA, which boasts over 2,300 members and grow this further.”
