For the last decade, she has worked on construction and refurbishment projects with clients, including The National Theatre, Cambridge Arts Theatre, Northamptonshire Council and The Factory International.
An actress, writer, and theatre creator, Oberman has worked at the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Royal National Theatre, and the West End.
Taylor is the Director for Change at Ramps on the Moon, a collaborative network of six National Portfolio Organisation theatres that aims to normalise the presence of D/deaf and disabled people on and off stage.
