Finance Minister attacks Arts Council anti-cuts campaign

The Arts Council of Northern Ireland has been forced to defend its campaign against funding cuts following an outburst by Stormont Finance Minister Simon Hamilton, who said it was "absolutely disgraceful" that ACNI had used funding from the Executive to criticise the Executive.
