Anthem appoints Hutchings

Anthem, the fund for young people’s music in Wales, has announced RHIAN HUTCHINGS as its first permanent Chief Executive. The current Chair of RESEO (European Network for Opera, Music and Dance Education) was formerly Creative Director for community opera company Operasonic and Director of Youth & Community for Welsh National Opera.
