The UK charity Awards for Young Musicians (AYM) has appointed three new trustees. Barrister TOM SHARPE QC (pictured left), who was a Trustee of Help Musicians UK for almost two decades, has joined the Board, as have two Alumni Trustees, MAHALIAH EDWARDS (pictured middle) and CAIUS LEE (pictured right). Edwards is a violinist and educator who aged 16 was supported by AYM to buy a new violin; and Lee is an Organ Scholar at St Catharine’s College, Cambridge, who was given funding by AYM for piano lessons at the age of 15.
