Creative leader appointed at Shakespeare North Playhouse

LAURA COLLIER will be Creative Director & Programmer for the Shakespeare North Playhouse in Prescot, Merseyside, which is due to open to the public in 2022. She previously worked as Head of Studio at the National Theatre, Senior Producer at Battersea Arts Centre, Associate Producer at the Traverse Theatre, and as an Executive Producer and Consultant she has supported Shakespeare’s Globe and the Leeds Playhouse.  She has held trustee roles at Talawa theatre and Northern Stage.
