New appointments to NT board

ALAN RUSBRIDGER will step down from the National Theatre board in November, and SIMON MINTY and MELANIE RICHARDS will be joining. A consultant, trainer and speaker in the field of diversity, Minty is a non-executive director of Motability Operations and a trustee of Improbable Theatre and StopGap Dance. He is also an Ambassador to the Business Disability Forum and Business Disability International. Richards worked in banking and professional services for nearly four decades and was Deputy Chair of KPMG UK. She is Chair of The Eve Appeal.
