Changing Faces
New CEO at English Symphony Orchestra
SEB LOVELL-HUCKLE is the English Symphony Orchestra’s (ESO) new Chief Executive Officer.
He will join ESO in August, moving from Birmingham Contemporary Music Group where he has been Executive Director for three years.
Lovell-Huckle is also chair of Birmingham Conservation Trust and Stafford Sinfonia, as well as a trustee of Constella OperaBallet. He also plays the cello with several orchestras across the Midlands.
“I am enormously excited to join ESO at a critical moment in its history,” he said.
“I look forward to working with its outstanding musicians, its Artistic Director Kenneth Woods and the board and staff in its next phase of development.”
