Oldham Coliseum appoints seven associates
Oldham Coliseum Theatre is welcoming seven artists and companies as Associate Artists in 2022.
Writer for stage, screen and audio BILLIE COLLINS, founding member of Ink and Curtains MAZ HEDGEHOG, scriptwriter and poet AFSHAN D’SOUZA-LODHI and writer and actress LAUREN-NICOLE MAYES have all been selected.
Manchester-based troublehouse theatre, founded by RICK BITHELL and HEATHER CARROLL and Oldham-based Dare to Know Theatre, founded by JAKE TALBOT and MIRANDA PARKER, also join as associates.
GRANT ARCHER continues as the theatre’s Digital Associate, having first become an associate in 2020.
The Coliseum plans for its associates to join a peer-to-peer support network with the theatre’s Associate Alumni and act as mentors for aspiring creatives working with the theatre.
