PRS for Music appoints Head of Inclusion and Employee Experience

COLIN CAMPBELL-AUSTIN is joining PRS for Music in its newly-created Head of Inclusion and Employee Experience role.

He will lead the society's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and employee experience strategy, acting as an ambassador for PRS' culture and values.

Co-Founder of consultancy firm Diversity in Media, Campbell-Austin has also held roles as Director of Volunteering for Pride in London and as People Development and Talent Manager and Head of 4 Inclusion at Channel 4.

He is also the Board Director of People, Diversity and Inclusion for Pride in London and Chair of the board of trustees at Anti Racist Cumbria.

"I am proud to be taking on this role at PRS for Music at a pivotal moment for the global music industry, as we build together towards a more inclusive future for employees and music creators alike," he said.
