Shoreditch Town Hall names new Head of Cultural Programme

ELLIE BROWNING has been named as Shoreditch Town Hall's new Head of Cultural Programme.

Previously Senior Producer at interactive theatre company Coney, Browning will take up the new role on October 11.

Browning says she feels "incredibly privileged" to join Shoreditch Town Hall as creative lead for the company.

"I look forward to collaborating with artists, companies, community groups and our youth board to deliver an accessible, diverse and progressive programme and to reopening this special building to audiences old and new."

Chief Executive Officer Beth Byrne said Browning's work at Coney will be key to the hall's plans to expand its work with young people and create a youth board.
