Sadiq Khan unveils small arts grants programme for London

Individuals and small organisations in London will be able to apply for grants of £1k to £5k. The £1m ‘Culture Seeds’ fund, launched by Mayor Sadiq Khan, intends to boost grassroots culture and is aimed at communities which do not usually have access to public funds.
